TRADITION ROOTS Kratom powder is sourced directly from Indonesia, and has been tested at over 1.6% mitragynine content. For comparison, the average Kratom strain contains between 0.5 – 1.5% mitragynine, making our Kratom powder some of the most potent available.
TRADITION ROOTS Kratom microdoses are offered in 2 varieties, either Green Kratom or White Kratom. White Kratom is a more energetic and stimulating experience, while Green Kratom is more calming and relaxing.
Mitragyna Speciosa (commonly known as Kratom) is a tropical evergreen tree which grows abundantly all over Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Papa New Guinea). Mitragynine (the active molecule in Kratom) is similar to many other psychedelics due to its high affinity for several 5HT (serotonin) receptors, however Kratom differs from most other psychedelics because it has the potential to be addictive. If used consistently, it can be habit forming, and withdrawal symptoms can occur in some cases. Kratom can also be dangerous when combined with other sedatives.
Microdosing Kratom is relatively uncommon, and currently little information exists online regarding it, however that simply makes it on the cutting edge of microdosing.
From personal experience we quite like Kratom as a relaxing microdose for a day off, or a rainy day inside, however would instead take a psilocybin or LSD microdose if wanting to exercise, hike, etc. After consuming you may experience; feelings of peacefulness & relaxation, improved mood, improved visual acuity, boosted creativity, and increased feelings of empathy.
